Unfortunately there's no info on TRINITY out there, but YouTube describes it correctly as a "Martin Arnold-esque romp through one particular avenue of the Trinity Broadcasting Network".

The loony lady in the clip is Jan Crouch (born Janice Wendell Bethany, 1937). She is the co-founder, vice-president and director of programming of the Trinity Broadcasting Network, or TBN, the world's largest Christian television network. Crouch is noted for her flamboyant makeup and dress when appearing on TBN. She typically sports a large pink bouffant and heavy make-up, somewhat reminiscent of another televangelist, the late Tammy Faye Bakker.
